Deleting Your App Account

We're sorry to see you go! If you need to delete your account, please follow these simple steps:

Step-by-step guide

Using the app

Open the DailyClassic App:

  • Launch the DailyClassic app on your device.

Access Account Settings:

  • Tap on your profile icon or the menu icon (usually found at the top-right corner of the screen).

  • Navigate to "Settings" or "Account Settings".

Find the Delete Account Option:

  • Scroll down until you find the option "Danger Zone".

  • Tap on this option.

  • Tap on "Delete My Account"

Confirm Deletion:

  • You will be prompted to confirm that you want to delete your account by confirming your email and passwod.

  • If you are sure, tap "Delete Account" to proceed.

Final Confirmation:

  • A final confirmation message will appear.

Using Email

Compose an Email:

  • Open your email client and compose a new email.

Send the Request:

  • Address your email to team@dailyclassic.app.

  • Use the subject line: "Request to Delete Account".

  • In the body of the email, include your username, registered email address, and a brief message requesting the deletion of your account.

Send the Email:

Important Notes

  • Data Deletion: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

  • Subscription Plans: If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it before deleting your account to avoid any further charges.
